I recently ordered a trackpad protector skin and there was a delivery problem and the post office here in Portugal immediately returned the item to sender, Skinstyler. I had made a mistake in the delivery address. Needless to say I was very disappointed since I had been waiting for the item for about 10 days as was accurately quoted by Skinstyler in the order process.

I contacted Skinstyler customer support by email and received a reply next day stating that they were sending another skin immediately to the corrected address. They did so without charging for shipping even though it was clearly my error. To say the least I was very grateful!

Well today I received the trackpad protector skin and applied it to my MSI Wind. It looks great!! Exactly as described and easy to apply. No more unsightly trackpad oil marks!

I want to thank Skinstyler for their efforts. I certainly give them my highest recommendation and I will look forward to ordering more items from them.

I will also mention my success on the MSIwind.net forum since we all suffer with the same problem with the MSI Wind.
